Concerns & Complaints

We aim to communicate with parents as far as possible by email.  Many questions and queries can be answered quickly by email. The first port of call about academic and pastoral matters is your son’s Head of Year. We have dedicated mailboxes for the Heads of Year as follows: 

If you are contacting us for administrative issues or your question is not specific to your son, then please contact us on: parents@maryleboneschool.org.

If you would like to make a complaint, we would first ask you to read the Complaints Policy to understand the process. If you have tried to resolve your complaint informally and wish to take it further, a copy of the Complaints Form is available to download below. Complaints should be addressed to the Headteacher.
