Partial closure from Thursday 19 March

We continue to work hard to ensure that we can run the school as effectively as possible in the current climate. However with staff members having to self-isolate, we now do not have sufficient numbers of staff to run the school. Therefore, we have taken the decision to close the school partially.

From Thursday 19 March, we are closing the school for students in Years 7, 8 and 9. These students should not come to school until further notice.  Students in Years 7, 8 and 9 should complete school work at home. Work has been set on FROG and students can email their teachers with completed work.

Students in Year 10, 11 and 12 should continue to attend school until further notice.

Are you an essential key worker?

The school does not wish to prevent any key workers from attending their jobs due to our partial closure. Therefore if you are a key worker and cannot provide appropriate child care provision for your son, the school is able to provide supervision and food during the school day.

If this applies to you, please email us at parents@maryleboneschool.org so that we are able to plan accordingly.

The school regrets having to take this decision and we will keep you updated of further developments.
