Applications for Year 12 September 2023 entry at MBS Sixth Form are now closed. You are still able to apply using the application form below, however, this will be considered as a late application, and your application will not be considered until the first-round of offers are made.

Admissions Criteria

Students must obtain at least five grade 6s at GCSE. They must have a minimum of grades 4 in both Maths and English. There are also subject specific criteria that needs to be met in order to enrol on certain subjects. Details of all of these can be found in the Sixth Form Curriculum Guide which is available upon request. 

Other admissions

MBS Sixth Form will consider applications from students who have previously attended other sixth form providers and are above the traditional age of joining a sixth form e.g. should have been starting Year 13 but wish to restart. Cases will be considered on an individual basis. Please note applicants will be unable to join Year 12 and retake subjects that they have previously studied.

In year admissions

Due to the level of study required each week, we are unable to accept any new admissions after Monday 3rd October 2022.
