Sports Day postponement

Dear Parents/Carers,

Due to the extremely high temperatures we are experiencing today and tomorrow, we have taken the decision to postpone Sports Day.

Tomorrow (Tuesday 19 July) will be a normal school day and pupils will follow their regular lesson timetable.
We are moving Sports Day to Wednesday 20 July and will be in touch later to detail how plans have changed.  

If you are worried about your child being in school, please be assured that the temperature in both the main site and the sixth form centre is carefully controlled by a building management system and therefore remains at a good ambient temperature throughout the day.

We will be in touch with updates about the plan for the re-scheduled Sports Day.
