Taster sessions with Hallfield Primary School

On Thursday 9 June, we welcomed a group of Year 4 pupils visit us from Hallfield Primary School to participate in some exciting Science experiments. The bright sparks took part in the flame test, to see what wonderful colours that might appear in the flame! Different metal ions produce different flame colours when they are heated strongly and the children were very surprised with the array of colours they saw!
