The budding young photographer

We are delighted to share that Ali in Year 8 recently had his photography displayed in the Saatchi Gallery in South West London. Ali took part in a photography workshop over the summer holiday, and entered a competition called "A day in your life" which is run by the famous British photographer Alison Jackson.

The photographs he took were shortlisted and displayed in the Saatchi gallery in a recent exhibition. Ali and his family attended a private viewing and prize giving ceremony last week, and fantastically Ali won 1st prize in the primary category. His winning photograph was of his younger brother in a spotlight. If it couldn't get any better, Ali also got selected to attend a short photography course at the University of Arts.

What a truly remarkable achievement, a big well done to Ali!
