Trip to Canary Wharf accountancy firm

Sixteen of our Rising Futures cohort had the chance to visit the offices of the accounting firm EY in Canary Wharf on Wednesday 12 December. During their visit, they had the opportunity to hear one of the partners speak about his role and the route that he took to get there, as well as to network with students from another school.

They were also able to experience a working lunch, interviewing employees of all different levels about how they came to work for EY and their experiences of school, university and work. All the boys stepped up to the challenge of having to work with unfamiliar people of different ages, with one of our students, Nathan, making such a good impression that he was offered a job once he is old enough!
