Jollof Rice making masterclass 

Some of our boys enjoyed an African themed cookery club this week as part of Black History Month, thanks to our dedicated Teaching Assistants. The boys were guided through a step by step class to make the classic Nigerian dish Jollof Rice and were able to take home their culinary treats for their families to savour. The Food Tech room was filled with wonderful and mouth-watering aromas of spices.
